SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

 

1.                   FOR THE BUYERS

 

a)    SHIPPING METHOD

Most of the orders placed through us are shipped within 7 days. You will be notified of a planned shipping date within 10 business days of placing your order. Delivery charges shall be applicable. Accepting requests for pickup or special delivery are at our discretion.

The Website shall ship its products through the below-mentioned method:

i.                    Courier Services: We have partnered with experience third-party service providers who provide private logistical services for shipping, handling and delivery of products to eligible pin codes across India;

 

b)    PAYMENT

Payment is required to be made before the shipment of Your order other that Cash on Delivery. We accept convenient modes of payment such as cheques, net banking, MasterCard, and visa.  However, we do accept cash on delivery as a mode of payment for your orders.

 

c)    DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT- ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY

The estimated time of delivery is within 3 weeks or 15 working days for domestic orders. We try to process all deliveries by reputed courier companies. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier Partners.

 

d)   SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an email or message or whats app or call with a shipment confirmation once Your order has shipped. We process orders everyday (excluding Sundays) and ensure that they are shipped on the same day, or within 3 days from the date of placing of the Order. You will receive a ‘Tracking Number’ upon shipping, and instructions regarding how to track Your order. Please note that all deliveries are carried out by a third-party service provider (whether it be a private logistics company, or India Post/Speed Post), and the usage of the third-party website shall be governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of that website, over which the Company has no control.

 

e)    RETURN UPON DELIVERY

An order is designated as ‘Complete’ once it is delivered to the delivery address of the User. In the event that a User receives a damaged, tampered or incorrect parcel, the User is advised to return the Order by submitting it to the delivery executive.

f)      UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS

In the event that the order is not delivered within upon the expiry of 7 business days from the date of placing the order and the User is unable to track the order online, the User is advised to call customer care at 7502500000 or email customer care at info@rsafe.in.

REFUND POLICY

The Member shall not be eligible to receive a refund of any amounts paid for purchase of the Product if the Product is undeliverable (i.e. unclaimed at the address provided by the User).
